You Control Your Life and Every Choice You Make
WHATEVER CHOICE YOU MAKE IN ANY GIVEN MOMENT IS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU!
Yes, you - not anyone else.
YOU have the power. YOU are in control of every choice you make.
Life is all about choices and there are SO many that we make EVERY single day. These include:
What to wear
What to eat
What to do (or not do)
What to say
How to feel
How to act
What to think
…… and the list goes on and on.
Our choices can range from the mundane daily tasks we are given or set ourselves to do, to the more complicated and thought out processes that can have short- or long-term consequences.
Some choices might even seem easier than other.
Though we may not have control over certain things, everything in our lives come down to a choice we make at any given time.
Now, I’m not saying that we always have a choice about the tasks we need to complete, or the jobs we need to get done, and some things are more urgent than others. We also don’t get to choose our family, the weather or how other people act towards us.
There are some things in everyone’s life that they have no control over.
However, how we do things, how well we do them, when we do them and so on… is all up to us.
Just like how we feel at any given moment and what we choose to think, is entirely up to us.
We ALWAYS have a choice.
For example:
· We can choose to accept people unconditionally.
· We can choose to not judge others.
· We can choose to accept any given situation.
· We can choose to think positively about any given situation.
· We can choose to make our own positive choices and take control of our lives.
· We can choose to surround ourselves with people that uplift and support us.
I hope this message helps to remind you that you are more powerful than you realise and that all choices come down to you.
