“My mission is to help people be their best self and realise that anything is possible.”

We are all on our own journeys in life and we all have obstacles and challenges that come our way, and I believe that we all have the ability within ourselves to overcome these challenges and move forward.

As a Certified Life Coach I work to empower and transform my clients by helping them to clarify their values and goals, plan how to get what they want and support them to make their hopes, wishes and dreams become a reality.

As a Professional Organising Expert, I work step by step with my clients, helping to educate and guide them to take positive action, make long term changes and become more organised.

From a very young age I have always loved to help people.  Whether it be family, friends, or clients, that uplifting feeling of knowing I have made a difference in someone’s life has always been very rewarding.

In my early 20’s I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, a chronic auto-immune disease, which resulted in a lifesaving operation. This whole experience gave me a renewed outlook on life. It made me look at my life in a different way, put things in perspective and continues to make me realise the importance of a positive attitude and how stress can negatively impact us in so many different ways.

In 2009 I started my business Time To Get Sorted, utilising my unique skills, knowledge, experience, passion, and motivation.

Working as a Certified Life Coach and Professional Organiser I’ve helped numerous clients from various ages and backgrounds, and in all aspects of their lives, to realise and work towards achieving their goals and dreams.

From undergraduate to post graduate studies in Science, Psychology and Human Resource Management, corporate experience, family life and living with a chronic illness, I understand the complexity of our minds and bodies and the natural desire to achieve balance both within our bodies and in our lives. And by helping people work towards achieving their goals, move through challenges and become more organised and fulfilled in life, it’s this state of harmony that I want to help people achieve.

What I’ve realised is that it doesn’t matter how long it may take you to get to where you are going, it’s all about the journey – and there is so much you can learn about yourself and others along the way.

Stay safe & in good health,

Rebecca xoxo
